ፊትህን ስታዞር የርሱ ፊት በዚያ አለ፣
በመለኮት ብርሃን ማየት ለታደለ፣
የፊጣሪን ሃሳብ ምልክት ሲያይ ዋለ፡፡
ምስጢረ መለኮት ለተገለጠለት፣
በእንስሳት ውሎ አሊያም በዕፅዋት፣
ፈጣሪን ያዩታል በፍጥረት መስታውት፣
መደነቅ መደመም በጁ ሥራ ውበት፡፡
በፈጣሪ ፍቅር ልቡ ለነደደ፣
ከጠጣው ውሃ ጋር ፍቅር ወደ ውስጡ ሄደ፣
ሌላው በውሃው ላይ የራሱን ፊት አይቶ አልፎ እየሄደ፡፡

"Wherever you turn there is His face."
Those graced with clear vision see
the signs of the Creator everywhere.
For them all things, be it plant or animal,
become a contemplation of Divine beauty.
The annihilated lovers see the Beloved's face
even in the water they drink while
others only see their own reflection.
